What happens with remaining stocks / Products which are not sellable
Reamining stocks, products which are not sellable, refunds to customers, products which are sent back from customers, food products which expired and similar issues:In these or similar cases you and us will have a loss. We will do our best to sell of remaining stocks, but will always give priority to the brand reputation.Due to extensive consumer rights in the EU refunds are an issue but have to be accepted.
Do you offer similar products from different manufacturers ?
Yes, we do. However we will certainly not offer very similar products from 10 different manufacturers at the same time as this will be confusing the customers.Offering similar products from different manufactureres will also have positive cross selling effects for your products.
Do we need to have special or new packagings ?
No. We expect the same high export quality of packages and products which you already offer in your regular export business.However please consider, that we initially will have to agree on the products from your assortment which are suitable. In this process unit size, box size, packaging size, unit weight etc. will play a role.––

Depending on the markets where we sell your products you can expect an attractive margin on basis of your cost price. 10 years of experience enable us to give you a rough determination of achievable margins in advance.Please understand, that we are not publishing parameters for these calculations.
We are already exporting to Europe and have our distributors and wholesale
partners. Is this a problem ?
No. As long as these partners do not have an exlusivity that is fine with us.
Sounds interesting. However we rather prefer to continue with our tradtinonal and
established export model and distributors with guaranteed revenues.
To benifit from our sales channel we do not expect you to quit your established distribution channels.In fact we offer new and additional channels for your export business, as we have a different costumer focus.As we start with a small number of different products with low quantities your risk is very limited. In worst case none of your products are sold (which is unlikely, as we will decide together which of your products are suitable). There are no other financial obligations from our side as fees or charges.
What is your track record ?
Our company is into marketing and trade since 1989. For food products we are just launching the business model. The same business model we are successfully performing since almost 10 years with home decoration products and their Manufacturers from India. Here we also created a „strategic“ brand ( Jay Knopf) , specially for the German speaking markets. Today this brand is one of the most successful brands in the very competitive market for ceramic home decoration items in Europe, creating solid revenues for Manufacturers in India.
